In regards to the incredibly frightening things

Those don’t seem to matter when I look at what I have

1.  How much nice weather can change my attitude.

2. Loving someone so much that it literally hurts to be away from them.

3. When your wrongs are truly forgiven and forgotten.

4. I’m not even craving chocolate today.

5. My friends.

6. The joy that comes with listening to Jesus music

It’s weird how animals develop a personality.

To animal #1: I love that you still have an excitement-induced asthma attack when I come home at 4:30 in the morning

To animal #2: I wish you still had that energy. Granted, it was never on that level, but I can tell your getting old. That worries me.

To animals #3 and #4: I miss you. I miss the constant annoyance of you grabbing food, bringing to my location, barking, eating and repeating. And I even miss you trying to suffocate me at night whilst I sleep.

To animal #5: I’m sure you’ll find your place with me. However, your current redeeming factor is the point that I can make you fall over with a simple belly rub.

Mostly.

I just miss 3 and 4.

And my stupid wallet.
